We are creating an absurdist comedy that symbolizes the deeper layer of loneliness, and how friendship and trust can provide support for this. The story revolves around two characters, Felix (Happy) and Kanoa (Freedom), who pay their rent in the middle of nowhere with the income from their Lemonade Stand. Throughout the film, Kanoa will help Felix with his social anxiety disorder and slowly reduce the barrier to the city, which symbolizes loneliness and personal growth through friendship and small gestures.

This concept came about from a fascination with the tilt-shift effect, which distorts the world like a miniature world and creates a unique aesthetic. Since this effect has so far only been used in photography, I think it would be very interesting to see how this works in the world of cinema.

We have a great actor in mind for the character of Felix, and we are looking for someone who can take on the role of Kanoa. We have drawn up an extensive character file for both characters with unique qualities in which you as an actor can indulge.

Kanoa is an ambitious man. He is caring, active, has a high level of empathy and lives in the city with his wife and two children. He would like to expand the stall by moving to the city, but must gradually give Felix more self-confidence in the shadows.

Felix is a friendly, introverted and timid man. He has lived on his own all his life (something that doesn't seem to bother him, but which is deeply rooted in him). He lives in a house in the countryside and uses this environment to unwind from an overstimulating day at the lemonade stand. Felix paints abstract paintings, which are so simple that all his paintings look exactly the same: a blue horizontal stripe in which a black vertical stripe grows in the middle.
